Holy crap do they hurt!

Been in Cornwall for a few days and walking about exploring. Visited a couple of beaches.... Got a stupid splotchy sunburn because I didn't rub the spray in on my back.

My calves are so damn sore today! I need a massage please!

Think Praa sands is kinda flat to get too from memory but its more East that where you guys currently are.. x

We drove past there to get to porthcurnow! We were looking for a nudist beach to be fair and all of them are pretty hard to get to lol

Last day today so think we're just gonna get up and start heading home and maybe stop off if something takes our fancy.

If you find someone that's good at massaging calves let me know - mine are constantly full of tight knots. It's a problem that's spread to my thighs and glutes so a good bum massage would be nice too

Slapton in South Devon is a nudist beach that loads go too.. but its not sandy.. stunningly beautiful though x
