"Oh yes, well cooked bacon with tomato sauce on white bread for me."

I have smoked back bacon. 4 rashers. Cooked to a crisp. On 2 slices of wholemeal bread with butter and some tomato ketchup! Yum.

I considered it. But decided just on the bacon sarnie and a big juicy tomato on the side.

Love the smell and love the taste.

Glad I have an extraction fan on my cooker though as I would have smoked out my kitchen!

Nearly perfect I do prefer wholemeal bread normally but not with bacon.

See now, for me, if it's smoked bacon I have Heinz ketchup with it, unsmoked and it's Daddies brown sauce, usually on thick sliced Hovis Best of Both
