I used to suffer from back and neck pain because of my desk-bound job and lack of exercise.

Since taking up a good exercise regimen it’s gone away but I love getting my back and neck cracked after a good massage.

Because of Covid I’ve avoided doing it this year but I’m getting addicted to watching videos of it on YouTube!

Any other crack addicts here?

I’m scared for you...

Dr Ian in Australia on YouTube is my favourite to watch. Very calm and collected attitude to chiropractic care.

Yep, strangely satisfying to get my back cracked. I sometime hang from my pull up bar for a moment to stretch things back out. Bizarre feeling, but I like it!

I get my back cracked weekly, and I cracked(pre-lockdown) my work colleagues back as she suffers with back issues also.

Such a nice feeling, and the relief it provides is great.

Yep. Been watching them vicariously during lockdown as I can’t go to my usual chiropractor.

Love Dr Ian and Dr Joe Cipriano.

Especially when Joe has lithe young ladies in leggings on his table!
