If they've done a status update mention something to do with that. Read their profile and put something in from that.

Most people check a profile out first.

As long as yours gives a good description of what you are like, looking for and shows you as you feel is real, then that's all you can do people will either like it or not.

Tailoring your profile to what we think would attract more people to you, wouldn't be appropriate as that isn't would not be your style, it would be ours.
