What’s your favourite kitchen utensil, machine or gadget and why?

Currently mine is my maslin pan for jam making, it’s full of delicious goodness.

My water dispenser. It’s a virgin pure and it dispenses freezing cold filtered water or boiling hot water. Best investment ever
