What go to comfort blanket do you have? A specific book or film? A favourite food or activity? What makes you feel steady, safe, kidlike, or comforted?

Oooo good question.

I would say it’s probably being in one of my friends houses listening to them waffle on about their day, or being down the beach with a book and a coffee

I needed a reset today, so I turned my phone off and went on a walk in the woods.

I went on the Gruffalo trail, spotted all the characters from the book whilst wandering aimlessly round the woods with a coffee.

I have a few things I go to..

One thing I love is going to feed the ducks. Love it when it's peaceful and watching the way they interact with each other..

Another is watching only fools and horses. Always cheers me up if I'm down.

haven't alot but very meaningful

football (mostly utd stuff)

music(mostly metal and rock)

going out too local with my dad and family friends telling and hearing stories

my dogs

and of course my darling saffie telling me off

My Dad is always there when I'm low or need advice. Nothing phases him and he gives me words of comfort and great hugs. I keep telling him I rely on him too much but he just shrugs and doesnt make a fuss.
