How old is too old for thong bikini

The fashion this year seems to be thongs everywhere outdoors, by the pool, at the beach..

Which of you follow this wonderful trend.

If the person wearing it is comfortable, confident and happy I really do not think age matters.

I love to see people breaking stereotypical norms... that makes me happy. So if I saw an elderly woman in one I would hope that one day I was like her

I don't wear a thing bikini because I find them uncomfortable. I do wear an ordinary bikini though. My body shows that I'm older, I'm not ashamed of that although it does make me feel up sometimes .

So, I don't think there's an age limit on stuff like thing bikinis. If I'm honest though there are some people I'd sooner not see in one.

. My mum has finally accepted that I'm not going to conform to her idea of how a woman in her 60s should dress.

" not suitable for a married woman" was how she once described one of my outfits .

You have a great body, you must look pretty good in a bikini

It purely depends on the person wearing it, if they are happy to then brill if not then that's fine too, I'll wear one when I'm 80 if I want to

It now seems to be the norm at my gym and spa for women to be in thong bikini and one pieces..

walking around and swimming as if it’s normal.

I can’t imagine that a few years ago.

And what is great, is the body confidence, all shapes and sizes are wearing what they like.

A lot of the older men at out pool wear speedos, none have graduated to thongs yet . Occasionally a younger woman will wear a thong and look absolutely gorgeous.

The only time I wear anything but a thong bikini is when I go to the local leisure centre.... for obvious reasons lol
