Treats and turbocharges

On a course this week I was given homework to give myself a treat and a turbocharge. So a treat is something that mindfully uses one of your five senses - eating a particular thing, or smelling a specific scent etc. A turbocharge is something that’s immersive and uses multiple senses. All of these treats and turbocharges are supposed to keep fuel in your tank to prevent your stress factory activating and flooding your body with cortisol and adrenaline.

So what treats do you enjoy? And what turbocharges? Can you think of any?
