Whatever age, just buy the right size and if you need to wear them don't bend over in front of me with no underwear and holes in them!!! True story!!! Saw EVERYTHING in the middle of a queue

Its not an age limited thing its more you having to be a scratter to wear them out of the house.

When running or at the gym always were compression base layer (man leggings)and 45 and a guy...

Do not stop ladies on man can tell what to wear especially one with an ill fitting suit which he uses to keep his packed lunch in..

I have leggings on today. They are cropped, quite thick with gold zips at the sides. They look like capri pants and very comfy to wear.
