Hair styles.. i'm getting my locks chopped tomorrow morning and i so want to take the plunge and loose a decent whack off the length, all i do is just tie it up in a pony tail.

Do you frequently change style or stick with what you know and what works for you?

My hairdresser never knows what I'm gonna do next. I'm now back short and blonde, last time I went I was going to grow it and went brown, this time last year I went from Arctic Blonde and a bob, to caramel/bronze/copper and short.

Just do it - be daring ... the Dr Pepper school of thought - 'what's the worst that could happen?' - it'll grow back. I say extreme, short n sassy

part of me majorly wants a fringe, but worried id look a twat if i actually had it done.. Once its cut in, would take a fair while for it to grow out.

Well if you like to do things with hair get diffrent looks longer is better but the short niff look is very sweet if you have a sweet face x

Last time I went in she said to me that I basically made up my style

I had long and took the chop last year ... I miss it sometimes but this is so much easier

I hate short hair on me... I like style though.. and often have it different..Although to be fair my day to day is pigtails.. but even that I vary in style..

I hope you are referring to the hair on your head. Pubes in a pony tail would be an interesting sight.

Take the risk, i had very long hair a few years ago, had it cut in a funky style and never looked back, long hair in no particular style can look boring and make you lazy about your appearance ...ie ponytails etc.....go fer it

i do feel very 'mumsy' just because its practical to tie it back and she cant pull it.

just need to take the plunge .. EAK

id go fer it....what have you got to lose? Well cut good hairstyles make such a difference? Maybe keep some of the length and have it layered....different enough but still airing on the safe side?

I sometimes go out with the gloss look and at other times the matt one.

all depends on moisturiser on top or not

I am not adventurous at all with my hair. On the few occasions that I thrown caution to the wind and gone for something different, have always regretted it after.

Most of the time I wear it tied back in a ponytail or a french plait (but it is more suitable that way for work)

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I usually tell the hairdresser to surprise me. A new cut can also make you look at how you use your make up and make little changes there.

There was a salon I drove past regularly called 'It Will Grow Back'. Go for it.

Me thinks a choppy fringe....thick one and a bob would suit you missy....or if ya wary...a fringe that starts short n goes into your length of ya hair ...if u get me...and longer than bob...deffo layered.......go on have a go,change as good as a rest Sassy.

My vote is keep the long hair and just get the ends trimmed...

I usually tie my hair back in a ponytail and chop it off .... looks like a nice bob once it's been done .....however I'm thinking about lopping it all off and going all elfin/gamine style.

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

My hair has been the same for ages - ever since I gave up on trying to tame the kinks and curls, although I do have it highlighted - and I havent touched a hairdryer or hair straightners since then.

It looks awful short and it wont grow any longer than a certain length.

Sometimes you just have to give in and accept what Mother Nature gave you....
