Left for me:

3***. Cock was ok, clean and tidy enough but there wasnt a large enough seating area and what there was was a little uncomfortable, mrs sat down and got poked in the bum Mr feels like he has bigger at home so we wont be staying again. Plus side is the coffee and tea making facilities were excellent, and the selection of cheese and nibbles were extensive.
