I need factor 50 all over in summer or I'll tan a bit (even "summer" for Manchester). I go from the darker end of pale to Mediterranean (Greek plus blue eyes sort of thing) if I let myself. But I haven't since my teens.

I grew up with super gross pictures at the doctor of festering skin cancer. SPF50 everywhere

! I've had a few incidences of people in some countries being fascinated by how pale I was. They were always friendly, just fascinated. It happened a fair bit in Morocco.

Meeeee! I have pretty much zero melanin. I am either _ily white or lobster red, even with factor 50. I have to wear a hat in any sun, or my head burns and I always have a wear sunglasses because I can't keep my eyes open
