Happy birthday Simon

So it's been 4 hours and 1/2 since my birthday and not one person has wish me Happy Birthday but then again most people do think I am older than what I look like so if they did wish me Happy Birthday people would think I'm 41

To be fair mate you did post it at silly o'clock... give people time to wake up.

You're an overthinker and sounds like you get stuck in your head too much... think more positive and calm down, relax, take your time...

I've been there! Find something other than fab to occupy you. Something that makes you feel happy! Something you really enjoy doing!

To me personally... you're worrying to much what others think of you. If you can get out of that frame of mind your life will be so much simpler. It really doesn't matter what others think of you it's YOU who you should concentrate liking. Find a hobby that makes you smile and try not to post so many negative threads as you will continually come back to them and those thoughts won't go away. Sure you'll get positive feedback and support... but it'll be your post you'll concentrate on. Learn to smile! Listen to songs that put you in a good mood. Please message me and we can chat. I've battled this and now I'm in an excellent place. I'd like to help you if yoi allow me to. I've got all the time in the World for people like yourself and I think I can help. I've worked with Bi Polar UK and my ex had Bi Polar 2 so ive had experiance.

Listen to these if you like Heavy Metal and Rock. I find music is an excellent way to get out of your mind. Singing alone to Metal is a great way to let go of inner feelings. Just sing as loud as you can!!!
