Definition, nympho, slut, slag

So I've often wondered what ppl perceive in their own way, the definition and difference between a slut, a slag and a nympho.

My interpretation would be

A slut/slutty

Person that can have anyone, but is their choice to.

Can be Sexy and slutty, dress so or be seen as such, but has the control as all eyes on her{him?}

Selective in sexual partners

A slag.

A crude word but used quite a lot.

I see this person wanting sex, chasing it and getting it anyway they can.

Sometimes not safe and not as selective, but wants it, and can boast about it, but not seen in a positive way by all.

The nympho.

Addicted to sex, or just happy to have it.

Wants it more than most, and needs it to fulfill their sexual longing.

Can tire 1 person out and seeks another, but is the selection of their next conquest important?

Can they have, and will get everyone to satisfy there lusr. And do they care who knows how sexually aggressive and active they are?

I've often wondering and not trying to offend anyone.

Do you agree?

What would be your definition?

People's definition depends largely in what part they are playing in the sex part.

If they're involved she's a slut, if they're denied she's a slag, if they're in a relationship she's a nympho.

Ask any woman on here how quickly they go from the sexiest woman alive to a fat slag when they turn a guy down....

I agree with your definitions. Especially because you said 'person'. Often those words are used about women but they can fit men too.

Depends on level of intellect. For some, slag is the generic term in their vocabulary for any woman who doesn't do as they want due to their limited capacity for learning.

If used as a insult it’s derogatory. The word slag is horrid

Slut is great when it’s an agreed term. When I’m seeing someone regular I like to be called their slut

They’re gendered insults for sexually actively women, with no derogatory male equivalents.

OP you can add whore, loose, wanton, hussy, tart, prozzie and many others to your list.

Personally, I prefer to be called “a sexually active adult woman who make her own choices about the type of sex she has, and the frequency, without regard for the judgment of a patriarchal society that seeks to control women’s sexual freedom”.

Granted, it’s a bit wordier but it’s a much better description, don’t you think OP?

Yes the terms do seem get thrown at women more.

If a woman has sex with a lot of ppl, men say 'that slag or slut'.

If its a man that does it, he's a legend.

I think a woman can be slutty in an attractive way.

But I wouldn't respond well to a slag. If that makes sense

Its a description you choose for yaself, and if you like it go with it.

Society has a way of labelling in many ways, and we choose our own way of describing it as well.

But it does seem women get the worst part of the definition.

Was that declared by a man or by a woman?

Well, as an example from the past.

Drinking in a pub with friends, male and female alike.

And as night goes on, the 'slag', as ppl coined the phrase, is drinking, getting d*unk and half out of clothes, trying to get any man's attention.

One point was sobering up, we thought OK calmed down but then coming over to us again, trying Snog one guy, gf not amused, right in front of her and pushing away, trying grab my cock much to some ppls amusement. Then loudly announcing ' I'm anyone's, take me home and ill have you all night'.

We all turned away, I didn't see the rest.

We talked about it, no self respect and would see her again probably next week.

That's the definition of 'slag' I saw and grew up with

Yes, and the phrases are all from historical or popular male writers of the time. That has since passed on and down thru history to be used often by one and all.

Its a part of history, or literal history I think will be hard to erase from our vocabulary.

Until ppl use it as less derogatory and in another way to promote it positively

Well until the words. Slag slut whore harlot hussy are not used to describe a woman in ways ill conceived, by everyone, then I would have caught up with everyone else myself.

Original post was way I saw the words, how I perceived and defined it.

The words still exist today, in good or bad ways depending on who uses and owns the use in their own vocabulary and who to/is spoken to.

If your saying your definition of slut is not to mean a woman who sleeps around, is promiscuous, is 'selling herself', then I ask you to prove that point.

Simply state to someone, a stranger, you belive that person there looks like a slut, or looks slutty and gauge their reactions, to be anything but what I stated above and others for that matter

Yes, which is why it's said or stated, by different ppl and walks of life, in different ways and definitions.

As an example, some ppl years back stated miley cyrus was a slut, taylor swift was a perfect princess.

Miley changed, dressed and acted out, being slutty. And Taylor was a 'girl next door' type.

Yet someone commented that miley stuck with same person for years, in a relationship.

Words and their meaning change over time or the context in which you use them English as a language is very flexible with words and has always been so. This is 2020 though I don't think we really need to think too long or hard over labels though.

Well I'm no nympho.

I honestly had a slut/slag phase after my 7 half Yr relationahip ended. Not my proudest moment I can openly admit to, a year of interesting choices for sure.

I cooled off and tried to get into the dating game, but decided to concentrate on time with my daughter. Do I choose to go see this woman, or see my child? I chose my child of course.

As she grew up, I tired dating again but think I'm stuck in singleton mode.

So im here. Single by choice, missing the intimacy and sex, but not jumping into bed with any woman or 1st that comes by.

I'd say partially satisfied but not nympho style here

Very true.

Are labels used when you have sex, or are we screaming nmaes and 'oh god' out loud?

If a lover asked 'be my naughty slut' or 'a dirty girl', will that stop the moment, or is it naughty enough to be a turn on moment?

Labels are everywhere unfortunately, even now.

More so in fact

What case is that exactly?

I've asked about definitions of words being used.

I gave an example of how it was used, amongst celebrities, that could of been said as idle chat or discussion between friends anywhere, about anyone.

What point is it your trying to make in a forum asking to explain or debate the definition of words used at any moment, but also on a site dedicated to swinging, where they may be used in a sexual way, and in a sexual situation.

In the words of Jerry springer, I give you my...... Final Thought

So to speak

Those words, slut slag and nympho.

Looking at them conjure up all kinds of reactions to everyone.

Even reading them is different to when their said aloud.

Some have been around for years, or longer.

Some have changed as well, or maybe even forgotten to be used, said in conversation.

Its like Shakespeare or olde English vocabulary.

A word, what that word is can be very powerful.

When it comes to how a person is perceived, and word used to describe them it can be just as powerful and effective.

As well as who says it, and who to.

One word I hate that I find creeps back is 'cunt'.

Seeing the word is effective.

Saying it is offensive, to a lot of people.

Also, why say it?

Man calls another man ' a cu....'

Woamn says to her man/woman

' come lick my cu....'

I'm not a fan of it myself, but it's a powerful word out there.

Much like slut. And slag,

Maybe not nympho, I don't know.

But I also associate the words, from growing up and hearing to seeing where they are used.

And a lot of the time it's directed to a woman.

She's a slut.

She's a right slag

She's a proper nympho, should get in there.

But I have know a 'man slag' before, and I have admitted to slutting it up.

But even then 'man slag'.

Not slag, needed to make sure I put 'man' in their, so ppl don't confuse it to the woman.

And that's pretty outrageous to, are they feminine words?

It is 2020, and as someone mentioned, we shouldn't be using 'labels' like these, but we still do.

Owning and using the label your own way is what makes it unique.

The husband ' so, what kinda woman are you being tonight?'

The wife ' your dirty little cum slut'

She is owning and using it in a powerful way.

That's far better than the derogatory version, the demeaning version anyway.

Next forum I'm going to see how ppl define

Vanilla

Dirty

Filthy

Laters

Not saying I'm happy to use it, I'm saying it's their, and I have seen and heard it over the years.

Its here, on profiles and in forums as well.

This is a forum, a discussion and a debate of sorts.

Your replies were..... Different but you expressed yourself so..... Well done? "

Yes

Well done Adam

"People's definition depends largely in what part they are playing in the sex part.

If they're involved she's a slut, if they're denied she's a slag, if they're in a relationship she's a nympho.

Oh wow, different way of seeing it there

Ask any woman on here how quickly they go from the sexiest woman alive to a fat slag when they turn a guy down.... "

Yep I've been called a slag when they dont get their way threw their dummy out with the name calling right turn off instant block

"Society has a way of labelling in many ways

Just picking up on this point - which part of society do you think came up with derogatory terms like this for women? I’ve had a quick chat with the entire female population and they say it wasn’t them.

Perhaps another way that sexism carries on; the fact that it’s not even blamed on a patriarchal system but “society” so is excused

Yes, and the phrases are all from historical or popular male writers of the time. That has since passed on and down thru history to be used often by one and all.

Its a part of history, or literal history I think will be hard to erase from our vocabulary.

Until ppl use it as less derogatory and in another way to promote it positively

" historical or popular male writers of the time?"

What time? I'm not sure I understand

Shakespeare, Oscar wilde, past poet laureates, playwrites of the 14,15,16th centuries, the writers or creators of the kama sutra or books that suggest 'the woman serves the man to please', the Bible describing Mary Magdalene,

Kings, emperors and dictators from many countries and nations"

How does the Bible describe Mary Magdeline?

Mr

How Early Church Leaders Downplayed Mary Magdalene's Influence by Calling Her a Whore

By turning [Mary Magdalene] into a prostitute, then she is not as important. It diminishes her in some way. She couldn't have been a leader, because look at what she did for a living,”

Religious powerful men got jealous of her portrayal and importance, that of a woman in power.

So started to change her depiction and rewrote parts of the bible to.

Bit shitty like.

Then we could bring in the sins of eve, but I'm far to non religious to go into any of that shite

That's why I questioned it. The bible doesn't describe her as anything as you first said, it was the church that didn't like a woman getting more mentions in the gospels than any of the disciples so gave her the labels.

The use of sex to put women down is very old.

Chesterfield

'Slut' used to mean 'lazy woman'. The meaning changed because of its association with women who didn't do an honest days work, ie. prostitutes.

'Nympho' is short for nymphomaniac, a person, male or female with a pathological addiction to sex.

I've always interpreted 'slag' as a woman who isn't picky who she sleeps with. Curious that no male equivalent exists!

Difference between a slut and a bitch?

A slut will shag anyone...

A bitch will shag anyone....apart from you!

Ah see, do you view the slut as I would see the slag then?

Your perception of the word is different than mine.

What is a slag in your eyes? "

Uglier than a slut???

Hi! Interesting. I only use Slut, without gender specification, anyone can be a Slut. I associate it with someone that is interested, experienced and knowledgeable of practical sex. As well as someone opens minded, fun and relaxed about sex matters, specially within the fab environment.

Eg: Me to my friend: "Hey, I've a Fabdate tonight. Sltut profile, just like mine! Should be fun and sexy!"
