If your fit a well will you still be swinging or hang your boots up ? Was a thing on Tv couple in there 80s still swinging thay said it helped them keep fit and feeling young at heart .

Depends if anyone still wants to shag me, be a bit lonely swinging on my own.

Jays 70 in february and hes still at it though he doesnt do much now adays, maybe three/four meets a year

70 is the new 60 thay say people are living longer .

Finding hit hard enough to get meets in our 40's so not sure when the swinging will stop !!! next week maybe the week after lol

I think swinging as an oap is lot more prolific than you think, when I'm off during the day I see loads of older folk in the park.......... Those that work days dont see the swinging activity and assume they stay indoors watching bargain hunt and jezza!!! Lol

You see some people in their eighties who dont look that old at all.

If you havnt got too many health problems then it doesnt matter how old you are.
