Justice service isnt worth a toss!

Just wondering what peoples opinions to this will be? Ive been a single dad of 1 since she was 1,shes at nursery and got a place at school in september 2 mins from where i live.for the past 2 and half year her mum has been in reciept of all the benifits giving me and my daughter nothing.had a 2 and half year battle in court and shes left me to live with her mum yesterday due to social services making an error in there final report.

some lawyer you had no even noticing that there was an error id appeal deffo an quick xxx oh an btw so long as you can prove wee oen stayed wie you you could have claimed those benefits an had her in bother just wee idea there x

With the tax credit packs a sent birth certificate,soliciters letter,residence order and my own letter but now she has my daughter back is it still worth me following the claim up?

if your daughter is living with you and your her main care provider surely her mother can be done for fraud? Thats why as parents we have annual benefit reviews

no hun the justice system is crap i feel 4 ur loss n wish u all the luk in the world ,,,,,,,get ur brief 2 re appeal ,,go ur local c,a,b office n get their help ,,,fathers 4 justice ,,

Did you have a residency order or was your daughter just living with you. You have to apply for residencey you dont automatically get it.

I had the residency order from court for over 2 year.all her friends from nursery would have started school with her in september now theyve moved her to another town where she does'nt know anyone.makes me sick

Sorry, I had misread your original post...so I take it that your wife has contested your residency order and won it on the strength of an error?

Surely that would be simply overturned if an appeal court had this brought to their attention?
