A box at end of your bed

I am damn if I can get to sleep been in bed hours tossing and turning but unable to get to sleep, would not mind if I was not up for work in 4 hours Grrr.

Anyone else unable to sleep?

I’ve been on nights Mon to thu 8-8 and came home this morning to my neighbours having a full house clearance, I’ve had about 4 hours since Wednesday night. I’m on overtime tomorrow, I’m going to struggle getting up

Can’t sleep, fell asleep on the couch and because of sleep apnea I kept on waking up as I couldn’t breath and then when I did dose off I had a dream I was being attached by two dogs because I went to help one that was injured
