"United film about Man Utd and the Munich air disaster and Rush the F1 season where Nikki Lauda and James Hunt competing for the title which had lots of twists and turns" Some of the scenes in Rush were filmed at Cadwell Park, Lincolnshire. If you know the track well you can easily see which scenes were filmed there ![]()

"Le Mans a.k.a. Ford vs Ferrari, great movie ![]() One of the stories that pisses me off most, Ken Miles part in the development and success has mainly been forgotten and Carroll Shelby gets all the credit.

"I agree that Rush is a great film. I'm a bit formula 1 fan and it was just directed brilliantly " I follow Ron Howard on Twitter and did so around the time that was in development - he tweeted every day about what he was doing, from location reviews to scripting, casting etc. was fascinating and then to see it finished and be able to relate to how it was made just added to it

"How about 'The Hurricane' about Rubin Carter, or is that more a crime/drama/justice film? I tend to like the films that concentrate more on the person than their achievements I guess. ![]() An excellent film, biopics are usually very engaging. Denzel was great in it. The actor whose character campaigned for his release equally so. Rule of thumb for me is any Denzel film is usually a great watch.
