How do you get out

I have been stuck in a never ending refresh loop on the forum today, I have the energy to talk write for Britain even though my body doesnt much want to move. How the hell do you get out? dont just say log out,that would be too easy! Can someone push me out of the window or something or I don't think I will be able to shut up and just keep on talking and talking and ........

I think you need to just set a task to complete away from here that take a good hour or so!

Oh jeez this seems like me the last couple days...I need to be productive but motivation and energy is better suited to being lazy and being on here! Hope you get out, I need to give myself a kick on the booty to go and do productive things!

I think I overdid productivity yesterday, laziness has taken me today. But talkability, my brain still wants to churn out crap

I get occasional days like that. But then I can go weeks without logging in too sometimes.

I guess remember it's there to come back to. The sunlight will fade and the chance to do stuff of value will pass and you wonder where your day/week has gone!
