I'd refurbish all the boarded up houses in Liverpool so that they are dry, warm and fit for human beings.

over there by that tree

The first thing would be an Aston Martin Vanquish, then a week in my favourite hotel The Scarlet in Cornwall while searching for a house or 2.

Ha ha, there was a lass I knew back in the early 80's who always said I could only marry her if I bought her a luxury yacht

I still see her around now, and she's been happily married for about 30 years and drives a 2'nd hand hairdresser's car

Nooooooooooo I'd sell them at non profit or even a loss , or rent them at reasonable prices to those people who don't stand a chance of finding their own place.

There and to the left a bit

I'd buy access to various charitable projects that I could get involved in using probably £90m - the other £9m would be banked and used to give myself and family/friends a comfortable but not outlandish lifestyle.

I don't want flash cars or big houses probably my biggest frippery would be travelling and seeing places I've always wanted to see.

Might splash out on a narrow boat to pootle around the rivers and canals too

That's very benevolent of you plus it saves tearing them down to build new expensive flats

I guessed Rental would be best option. Community creation is more likely when underpinned by equality. You would also be able to set conditions on rental...

Well that shows money doesn’t buy you happiness, we do have a yacht and sail and we’re looking to go bigger next year but wasn’t thinking that kind of money big until now haha, if that kind of money was to land in my lap that would definitely be my purchase and there are some hot sailors on Fab so I would give them the opportunity to hop on board first before advertising for crew, now off to buy a ticket.

North East

I've give a sizeable amount of my nearest and dearest.

A sizeable amount to charity, maybe set up my own.

I've set up my own property development business.

Otherwise I'd take a year out just to travel
