"I can't help really as everyone has different taste, but... have you tried baking your own? I bet it would be lush all warm n fresh " OP I’m not a Coeliac but regarding this, I bake my own and a decent bread maker isn’t that much, whack the stuff in of a morning and it’ll be ready for when you get home, takes a few tries to get it right so it doesn’t crumble but honestly, easiest thing I do in my day and I always get home to an amazing sandwich would recommend this if no one gives a decent type of bread

"I have recently been diagnosed as having coeliac. I am new to gluten free shopping... can someone recommend a decent bread as am struggling to find one that I like. Thanks you. " My son is coeliac. It was the end of the world to his when he first found out he could not a spaghetti anymore. So I learned to cook GF food myself for him and now he has all his favourites again. Genius is your best bet to begin with ( some of them are like dust ) but make sure you have separated areas for your food so you do not get cross contamination (toaster is a nightmare for this). Remember this is and auto immune disorder not an allergy ... your body attacks itself like arthritis. It is not something you can cure and the long term effect are not good unless you stay off the Gluten (my son is happy and healthy and GF free tens years on) Any questions please feel free to PM me
