Is there a film you really enjoyed that was universally panned?

For me, it was The Cat in the Hat. Loved it as a kid, but it was so bad, Dr Seuss' family forbade any further live action remakes of his books

Yes . Bicentennial Man was a flop at the box office yet I loved it .

A great mix of fun and sadness and a story of human ignorance .
