I'm a proud bumkin born and bread. Have lived in cities in the UK, enjoyed it but don't think I could live away from the countryside again now.

York

I used to be a proper farmer many years ago and grew up in a village. I've lived in York for seven years now but I still miss the countryside, although I only have to walk five minutes down the road from my house and I'm out into fields and woodland so my city life isn't that far removed from my yokel roots

North Bucks

It’s where I’m happiest. Three dogs and a yard full of horses.

Love waking up to the sounds of the country.

Range rovers are very much in fashion with cities

We use old defender landrovers for towing

Not a rangie in sight

The right place

I live outside a city in a small town in the countryside. It’s the best of both worlds.

Gatwick area

Not as country as we'd like but one day jobs will allow.

Weekend escapes and the surrey hills will have to do for now.

?

I'm a country girl at heart, living semi rural, but not exactly where I'd like...but give me my boots and a hill any day over stilettos and a cocktail bar. I get a bit antsy if I'm in a city for too long
