First gym sesh in ages

And I really didn’t have the energy for the last few reps, but did them anyway. And felt lightheaded on the way home.

What’s the perfect recovery method?

Looking for tips.

Not those kinds of tips you dirty bastards lol

I found the first time back really tough too but within two weeks I'd gained so much strength back it was amazing.

I usually eat some fish and have plenty of water after the gym. I have some clear whey isolate for if I'm in a rush but I prefer real food.

Is that were I go wrong? Been having a long soak in a hot bath thinking its soothing my muscles.

I went back a few weeks ago and the first week the doms were unreal and I’d been training what I could at home , I bought some glutamine to help with recovery I never took it before and I think it has helped certainly making sure you eat right will really help

Since the gyms back opened I have been been going it has been great. After gym cold shower is the best
