What makes a pastry a pastry? Truly asking cause brioche and cinnamon rolls included. If so it would be a cardamom and pistachio buns from Deanston Bakery. If not, I’ll take a sweet cheese crown/danish. Ta

Getting technical I think technically a pastry has no raising agent where as brioche etc is more "bready"...

But feck it, I'll eat them all

It would take about 5 hours for me to drive there but I think I would for cardamom and pistachio buns.
