I so often see people complaining about the messages they receive and I can see why!

I decided to to block all the lovely gorgeous guys and the twats too.

Ladies...do wait for guys to come to you or do you go looking for your 'ideal'? Or both?

now ain't the best time for me to answer really as I'm not looking for anyone or anything.

But I've been a stumbler before. Someone would catch my attention in the forums and I'd stumble upon them that way.

Other than that if I felt a 'fix' was nearing I'd go to a club.

Dont really like to block but if you get around 6 messages and no reply that's normally a big hit your pestering. The rude final message from them then the block from THEM is always funny. It's not about us being rude, your either not interested or you haven't read our profile so you're not getting a reply. But we so read every message

I don't block all but I do have quite tight filters. If I'm looking for someone I prefer being proactive in doing so, that's not to say I don't appreciate a message or two but I generally think if they respond well to my first message, it bodes well for them and my vagina.

I'm not fussed now. When I first joined fab I used to wonder why people did certain things, especially when they constantly changed and removed blocks and filters. Some folk do definitely play games with the block in combination with forum politics for attention or passive aggressive shitty nonsense etc, but others also have genuine honourable reasons too. It's not usually too productive trying to figure out one from the other - either way a block is a block.

I just take it for what it is and I think if someone chooses to do anything and it's not harming others then it's their choice and none of my concern. Not worth a second thought really so I just try to focus on the ppl who are interested and interesting, and leave the rest behind, innit....

If someone has blocked all males from messaging, why should it bother me? That’s their choice. As a few others have said thats just how it is on fab. I think the guys who get really abusive when they’re polietly told “no” are simply the ones who feel someone SHOULD have sex with them. That’s a whole different debate though.
