It will also need to be installed by someone part P certified for electrical installation

Des that mean it wont have to be independently inspected? Does part P certification cover it?

I think from memory they will issue an electrical cert for its installation once it's complete and that's all you need

"Sorry about that

Come out wrong

I could come down and install and cert part p for little cost "

Try thinking with your brain, it may prevent you from seeing all women as free sex workers and thanks but no thanks, I would not want a man who sent me that message, knowing where I live.

You’ll just need a small works certificate,

The weird thing is, if it's your house you can deem yourself competent to do the work and no certificate is required. A professional must issue a certificate.
