Having longer lockdown hair, and curly hair so I only wash twice a week and don't comb it in the meantime, means the shower plug hole is taking a battering. Thinking I'm about to go bald any minute, so this thread is a little reassuring

Oh that makes me feel better.

I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last six months, by intention, and after 3/4 months you shed a lot of hair as a natural reaction. It got very worrying as I have fine hair anyway.

I just upped my protein levels for 2 months and made sure I ate enough to stabilise and not lose any more weight.

It seemed to work and taking zinc helps too.

This pandemic is so stressful though and the worst aspect is that there is no end in sight.

Hope you all manage to have some relaxing sex soon as I’m sure that will help.

Same, collects when I shower in my bum crack... I woke up panicking the other night thinking I was being str#*gled.... It was my hair wrapped around my neck. I grow it to a certain point then hack it off, I've not hacked it off yet, it's the longest it's been since I was a child.... Utter ballache
