Hi Folks, I know mortgage providers now take into account a set amount for having a child as an expenditure. Does anyone know that amount? And yes I know this is a swingers site and yes I knowI should consult a professional!

You need to take into account the current interest rates and the variables that lenders offer and for how long. Other than that your interest should be getting your thang on, on here! Lol!!!

.....ok brill

Thanks for input. So if you earn £1000 per month the mortgage providers assume it’s takes you £250 to look after that child
