Boiled, followed by scrambled then fried.

I snack on them quite a bit, 30-35 or so eggs a week.

"Fried ..... runny yolks "

Try poached my man and you'll never go back to fried.

Had a fried egg for the first time in 4 or 5 years last week, you taste grease.

Poached are the job.

Both milk and butter are nice, but milk are more filling.

Butter with bacon if you don't count calories.

They are nice and silky.

If you get the correct frying pan, there's no need to add oil

And as for the previous poster about Duck Eggs, I used to come off night shift and nick some before the foxes got hold of them

Portsmouth

2 Eggs traditionally poached, but slightly underdone. Prepare some toast, that's been lightly dressed with olive oil and tomato puree and then grilled. Lay the eggs onto the toast. Finish off with a liberal sprinkling of Mature Cheddar a smidgen of garlic puree, salt, cracked pepper, and some freshly chopped chives, basil, and parsley. grill briefly to brown the cheese and finish the eggs off.

I call them Eggs Pretentious...... and they're bloody delicious!
