I've never noticed it cause nightmares have you?

Where did that lie come from and why?!

Was it really just my parents not wanting me to eat all the brie before I went to bed?

Somewhere In The Ether…

According to The British Cheese Board it is a myth.

The notion of the link to nightmares likely stems from the fact that eating prior to sleeping has according to some studies, been found to induce an increased rate of REM sleep (wherein we frequently experience more vivid dreams) and cheese, being rather rich as it is, does tend to fill one up even in small quantities

I think it would need to be real cheese or this research is significantly floored.

I know times are hard but do they really sell these as singles now? Like loose ciggies in the olden days?

After significant studying and experimenting with nocturnal cheese munching i have confirmed for me it has no effect on vivid dreams/nightmares or my causal psychosis... Farmhouse mature cheddar on toast anyone?...

It was hypothetical (I prefer stilton & cranberry), but I've been with a few loose women in ma day
