The lightning has started to flash here in the vicinity of Manchester. No thunder though. We had this last night - lovely lightning show, no thunder, a smidge of rain and it was x10 more humid today than yesterday

Not here yet unfortunately, but I recall being on a balcony in southern Spain in 1992 and watching the most electrifying storm over the coast of Morocco. We drank Blue Label Vodka and shagged like there was no tomorrow

We had the most amazing thunder storm over the Solway last night. Striking pylons, houses and causing so much electrical mayhem it was unbelievable. Perfect for storm watchers like me.

Its cooled down here a bit, but only token rain and some shabby thunder. Still plenty of humidity to clear. Mr Montana, its as hot as you round these parts
