"What's the best cures for a sore back? Serious only" Depends. Why's it sore? What kind of pain? If it's postural, then stretching, exercise (yoga's good) and a posture corrector (back brace) can all help. If you've injured yourself, then rest, anti-inflammatories and maybe some physio. | |||
