What exactly do a dad bod look like?

I've seen quite a few women requesting them in profiles but all the dads who I know have beer bellies and no arse in their trousers. Surly this isn't attractive? Or is it?

I think it simply means "Man who hasnt got a 10 pack who I still inexplicably find attractive"

It’s a bloke that has given up cause he’s married and shit, think stick legs and arms with a gut. But women think a dad bod is a Pro rugby player Type who hasn’t been to the gym for a month, this is where the confusion lies.
