It's also been confirmed that the virus persists in sperm for some weeks after the infection has cleared. It doesn't replicate, but can linger there due to the fact that the immune antibodies cannot reach there. Transmission rates are unknown, but it's something to think about.....

It also recommended just one (exclusive) partner ... also sensible.
