If you could go back and Assassinate people to rectify the past. Who are the minor and obscure villains you'd remove to do the world a favour?

I'd start with the person who invented pan pipes! For all those infernal hours of torture whilst listening to it whilst on hold on the telephone!

Who would you eliminate?
