love the idea but find it harder to do

so many things could chuck

but will chuck being helpful to people and giving them time and energy to help them find their way, only to be ignored when they have settled in and made loads of new friends

I want to say how driven I am at work and how I always put my needs last when I'm there. I don't think I'll manage it tho so instead I'm gonna say "keeping hydrated" coz it'll be a fucking miracle if I get more than 1 drink between 12 & 10
