Clubs that are open are operating as if they are a bar. People are subject to the same restrictions as any other bar has, including social distancing and no sexual activities.

I don't know the OP but his "drinks, laughs and good company" can all be performed from a social distance. From what I've seen the open clubs are all doing so in a socially distanced fashion anyway (not that I've been to one).
