Shower just before bed but don't dry off.... Lie on top of your bed with the fan on.... Heaven

It's awful isn't it!! I just take wet flannels to bed with me and slap myself with them throughout the night.

Pillow case in the freezer for 30 mins before bed

Just missed a thunderstorm here the humidity went through the roof about 9pm and it feels horrid Inside tommorow and wednesdays temps are going to be hotter 29c 84f plus breaking 1995,s and 1993,s temperatures on the same days god how I hate this humidity..

Fill a empty 4 pint Milk bottle with water and Freeze it then place behind fan
