and on a more serious note I would recommend you have lengthy phone chats with your potential meets before any commitments you will get a feel for if they will come or not via their voice tone!

No it's not because it's free. We were on a very expensive site at one time and it still contained what people perceived to be timewasters.

Sometimes though a bit of advice is all thats needed and the knowledge that its something that lots of people on internet sites go through just makes people feel they're not the only ones

i just looked at the OP's profile and they've been on the site for a year, i don't think you can call them new, now a day or a week or even a month and yes i can go with the " new don't know no better" thing but a site member with a year standing, come on they must have seen those threads as often as we have

That depends if they're forum users or not,out of all the site users on here the percentage that use the forums is tiny(I think I read it was something like 0.5% but not certain about that),which is why a sticky thread would be great and save all the repeats

not realy acording to admin less than 0.5 of the members use the forum

ergo 99.5 of members will not have seen the threads .

when they do they are still new to whats happening in here

People only waste your valuable time if you let them.

Learn to ask the right questions that get the answers you require or get the hell out.

I prefer to call them people with a different agenda to mine.
