They really can sense their owners' emotions!

I was upset after posting in the Father's Day thread, and the pooch came over to give me a hug, bless him!

little house on the praire

My bloody cat got took to the vets again yesterday, they threatened the rspca, the vet told me there is nothing wrong with her. Cause she livs at tesco they think shes abanded.

The stranedst thing she did i had really bad gout and she sat for ages licking the exact spot where it was coming from, ive heard of dogs doing it but never a cat

Yes my dog is very much in tune with me. She waits for me by looking out the window when I come home from work, she knows the time. She knows my getting up time as 10 mins before she places her paw on my arm whilst I'm in bed.

She also sits on my books if I leave them on the floor by my chair, so that I pay more attention to her, she does little barks and looks at things so she communicates with me.

And when I'm upset she never leaves my side, she sits by the side of me.

I love her so much and I'm scared now she's getting older how ill cope without her

My pets know not to wake me up if they cannot hear an alarm clock ringing, e.g. at weekends and holidays.

The cat greets me at the drive when I pull into the close where I live, and I would be worried if I do not see her there.

Love them both to bits.

Aaw I miss not having a cat

When Ken and I used to get home from work in the car, Sam would be waiting, he would run onto the road! so we had to stop and let him in the car and he'd stand on my knee with his paws on the dashboard whilst we drove into the drive

I lost my dog 5 weeks ago today, she was 12, still cry everyday, especially in the morning when shes not there to greet me with my morning kiss
