I had that not so long back, she’s got a boyfriend, been with him for years and he literally treats her like shit, cried to me almost every day I saw her telling me all about him and she even admitted that she liked me too but wouldn’t leave her boyfriend. I then moved jobs and she blocked me on everything

A girl I used to work with, possibly the most intelligent and enigmatic person I’ve ever met. She was empathetic and intelligent, personable with a great knowledge of music, books, films basically everything I was interested in.

It was then when I realised looks aren’t everything, she wasn’t ugly, just plain looking but look into her eyes and you saw the vibrant personality and humour.

We were both in relationships at the time and true to form, she or I wouldn’t consider cheating on our partners, I loved her I think she knew it but it was the wrong time that’s all.
