I miss this.

Going out for a nice meal or drinks, good company in elegant surroundings. Intelligent adult conversation and flirty eyes across the table.

Not necessarily for sexual purposes tho that would be a bonus. Just being civilised adults I guess.

Not sure what the point of this post is but hey its Sunday. There doesn't need to be a point does there?

The Town by The Cross

Sitting six feet apart and passing the crisps on a zip rope is pretty civilised.

How does social distancing stop people from being civilised.

I'd say by nature most Scandinavian counties are pretty socially distant generally.

They are not what yoy all touchy feely.

But they are also incredibly civilised.

I do t see how you can't enjoy any of those thing 2 meters apart.

I would also for the most part since the lockdown most parts of society has become more civilised

Maldon and Peterborough

I'd love to spend some time with a lovely lady (or 2).

Enjoy their company, be able to exchange glances and undress each other with our eyes.

Because lockdown has caused changes in my life and personal situation that have only recently changed. Life is starting to get a little more normal now so I'm hoping to start enjoying those things again soon. But those things are infinitely better with someone on the same wavelength to enjoy with. And that's the part that takes time.

I miss spontaneous nights where can just whisk a special someone away at short notice, go for nice meal and some vino, laughing, dancing, cosy suite to go back to and indulge.

How could I have missed dancing on my original post

One of my favourite ways to spend an evening, whether at a gig or something more elegant. I really bloody miss dancing!

surrounded by twinkly lights

I miss freedom to roam and see my friends, to book a hotel, throw a bag in the car and just take off and play

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

I miss being able to leave my house without being worried that the people who are crowded into this little seaside town aren't going to walk into me and cause me to kill my dad when I go see him.

Also being able to touch another person without worrying so much

Well I think you have answered your own question.

Civility has nothing to do with only spend time with people on the same wavelength.

In fact I'd say its treating those on a different wavelength to you with same grace you would offer to those who are.
