Bristol

Home-made vanilla using Mexican vanilla beans which add a delicious smokey layer.

Kulfi which isn't technically an ice cream, more a frozen dessert, but I cook from scratch reducing the milk slowly rather than using condensed milk as the flavours are way better.

COI: professional grade ice cream churner and several books of ice cream recipes.

The Land that time forgot (Norfolk)

I fookin love ice cream. I normally buy Ben & Jerry's here but I have had great ice cream from a place on a Greek island I've been to a couple times and think that's my fav. Can't pick a fav flavor as it changes, just waiting for my Waitrose delivery at the minute which is 50% ice cream. I really like ice cream btw.
