To answer the actual question, now we’ve established Lorenzo was inspired by my epic chat

I like semi-skimmed milk whenever possible. I drink a ridiculous amount of milk! In tea, straight from the carton, in cereal. I drink more milk than anything else.

Skimmed and I love it. So refreshing from the fridge on a hot day. I'd dislike drinking full fat or gold top like milk now.

Hot drinks with higher fat milk are spoiled.
