Been 10 years now since I quit but still get a craving especially after a meal "

That one is the killer what's making it easier is I used to smoke menthol and cant get them anymore

100% both of these food has been great! I liked curry when I was smoking now i can taste actual flavours in them its amazing!

just had 12 nights in hospital never thought about fags got home and saw a packet thought i would try one hoping it would would make me feel ill and light headed oh NO back on them big time catching up for lost time

You can also buy menthol cigars and they sell then in 10's. They're rather nice

Well done op. Its definitely not easy especially if you're doing it without any substitute.

I've been smoking again after giving up for a year I could kick myself as I was doing so well.
