The 5:2 is supposedly good for reducing blood sugar but FUCK ME so is not stuffing your face with cake, sweets and white goods. ( I think I mean beige goods. I've never eaten a freezer ) " | |||

Depends what you get up to on those days too, if you’re really active it would be hard! | |||

I get about 300 extra calories on that day " Ok shag x So for losing bodyfat controlling hunger and generally a flexible comfortable diet strategy 5 2 is as good as any However For shredding it is not Shredding requires a lill more The cals you suggest you are on seem a touch high for your weight I'm also a huge fan of if its it's working dont fix it Thus if you are losing 200 g of fat a week change very little , remove 100 cals a day and walk an extra km I usually would then have a 2 day refeed a month I also play a mental game of fuel the future not the past Thus I mainly eat forward Work on 75 cals per hour and not eat until the fuel is used plus fat deficit 300 cals is 5 hrs | |||

I do and also like flexible as it isnt restrictive as you can enjoy all your foods even in a deficit with portion control | |||
