Of my slow roast lamb is driving me crazy........

its been soooooooo long since i cooked a full dinner and now im catering to a house full of women tomorrow

broccoli, carrots, peas and roast parsnips.... oh and gnocci in a 4 cheese sauce

love Lamb chops etc - But - the smell of Lamb cooking sometimes - puts us off it #!! anyone else get the same.. x

No fat and stripped off the bone and trimmed. use the carcass for gravy . all fat removed as i hate it. and it wont be cold either

it can smell a bit, I think it' probably the fat & skin that causes it,i love mine with a nice bit of mint sauce..yum
