"A boiled egg mashed up with a tiny bit butter and salt is lovely ... when I was little my mum used to do that so we would eat eggs ..she would say "would you like a wee eggy mashed up in a cup?" " Called "Chappit-Eggs" up here in scotland. Had never tried it until i moved here and its lovely.. needs some salt and pepper with the bit of butter hmmm x | |||
