How do you like yours?

Are you purely a shop bought soup lover, or do you insist on making your own?

What are your best soup flavours?

If you accompany your soup with bread, are you a dipper, do you rip it all up and mix it in with the soup? Or just breadless

Or, are you a disliker of soup?

And it is a crime to eat soup with a fork? Asking for a friend...

Chunky soup.. hmmm.. I personally prefer mine smooth, if it's got lumps, I'm not keen.

Currently unemployed, but if they would like to offer me future employment as a soup taster, I'm sure I could be qualified enough for that.

Has anyone ever tried boiling soup in a kettle?

Hot, with crusty bread please.

I prefer homemade but some shop bought soups are tasty.

Butternut squash, leek and potato, lentil, onion, carrot and chilli, broccoli and stilton.

I'm a dipper.

I don't believe it's a crime....bit bloody silly tho

Always had bread with marg on or butter to dip in the hot soup

Just been thinking, the good thing to make soup is cubed potatoes - simmer for 20 mins, with chopped leaks & carrots, add any meat ? Chicken, bacon, mince

Chunky or smooth with heavily buttered bread to tear and dip.

Some comfort food soup:

potatoes, celery and peppers cooked in a chicken stock until soft or mushy, then blend to a cream and season with fresh ground pepper, Italian herbs, nutmeg, paprika and fresh chopped parsley.

I usually prepare enough for two days in a steam cooker, nice and filling.

I don’t really go for soup. I want to like it and will make a tasty batch up and portion to take to work for lunch and then I just can’t eat it I like something to bite into and if I’m having bread I may as well have a sandwich
